Acceptable Location, Some Disappointments
easy location metro access dirty shower blocked shower
the location was easy to find and get to by metro.
The staff were not very cute, and i found the shower to be quite dirty. It was also blocked, unfortunately.

central location helpful staff sparkling bathroom great shower
the location seriously rocks (it's right on gran via!) i walked to pretty much everything i wanted to see. vanessa at reception was super helpful, pointing me to some great tapas spots. i really appreciated the modern bathroom, it was sparkling clean and had a great shower.
honestly, the tv had mostly spanish channels, though i did find france 24 in english.

My double room view was amazing, offering fine views of the vibrant street below. The queen bed was very comfortable. the room included a safe inside the wardrobe and a handy mini bar.

the hotel has immediate access to buses and taxis right outside the door, and the metro station is about 50 meters away. i found a free bus route 001 nearby and it went directly to atocha station and museo del prado.

breakfast was a total highlight! there were lots of choices like scrambled eggs, bacon, and baked courgette, i saw bread rolls, toast, cereals, yogurts, cheeses, ham, fruit, cakes, croissants, juices, tea, coffee, and water available.
